This is my powerlifting workout from September 1st! It's 7 sets of squats, 4 sets of sumo deadlifts, and 6 sets of bench. My ass clenches at the top of each squat and deadlift rep, and you hear my heavy breathing throughout. You even get a view of my cute butthole as I set up for each bench press set.
